Store Policy

All orders are processed 3 to 5 business days from the order date unless stated otherwise for "preorders." Delays may occur due to adverse weather and holidays.

U.S. shipping fee at $5+ at checkout are automatically shipped via Domestic Standard.

U.S. shipping fee under $5 at checkout are shipped via Domestic First Class Letter. 

All prices are in USD. International buyers are responsible for any custom duties/taxes that may be due in your countries.

What is the refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final. No cancellations or changes can be made as orders are often packed within the hour of order placement. 

 

If the mailing address or name is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for new shipping fees if re-shipment is needed. 

 

Lost or Stolen Mail 
I'm not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If your order includes tracking and you believe your mail is lost, please contact us at [email protected], and a USPS claim will be filed on your behalf. 

 

If an order is returned to us due to customer error (incorrect name, address, or package refusal), the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees. If the order is returned to us due to USPS error, a one-time re-shipment will be made free of charge. 

 

Orders mailed with Domestic and International First Class Letters do not have tracking. Contact us if you don't receive your order after 14 days/Domestic or 30 days/International from the marked as shipped date. 

If customers would like a re-shipment to replace the lost or stolen goods, customers are responsible for re-shipment fees.

 

My order was canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to insufficient inventory, invalid promotional code use, or other reasons. For any orders canceled by us, you will receive a full refund, including taxes and shipping charges. 

 

My order arrived with damage
All orders are packed to handle any distress that may occur during shipping. If you received a damaged item, contact [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include documentation of damaged products and packaging.

 

I receive the wrong item
I will do my best to ensure you have the right products. If I made a mistake, please email [email protected] with documentation of the wrong products within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Why do the colors of my purchase appear slightly different from the pictures online? Colors may vary slightly between online photos and physical products due to different screen settings across multiple viewing devices. For digital downloads, printing quality and color will also vary depending on your printer, color profile settings, and paper choice. 

 

Can I resell your products?
No, all products are for personal use only. Reselling of any kind (including repurposing/adapting) is not permitted. Please contact [email protected] for wholesale inquiries.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Our e-commerce provider, "BigCartel," automatically calculates, collects, and remits any applicable U.S. sales tax on all orders shipping to or within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

 

Can I share my digitally downloaded purchases with multiple people?
No, digital purchases such as printable art are for personal use or as a gift. Please do not share the digital files or use any part for commercial use.
